"Diiva" on rodultaan itämainen pitkäkarva eli javaneesi kuten rotua kutsuttiin vielä vuonna 2003. Vuonna 2001 javaneesejä rekisteröitiin Suomessa 9 kpl, ja minulla oli onnea saada kotiini yksi heistä. Monesti olen miettinyt miten minua on voinut onnistaa näin paljon, sillä Diiva on todella ihana kissa niin luonteeltaan kuin ulkonäöltään. Harvassa ovat ne ihmiset joita tämä neito ei pystyisi hurmaamaan. Diivan hyvä kissaystävä on Nestori, mutta ihmis-rodun miehistä ylitse muiden on Vesa. Joskus heidän salainen yhteisymmärryksensä on kadehdittavaa.

 "Diiva" is a oriental longhair cat or a javanese as we used to call them untill the end of 2003.  In 2001 only 9 javanese cats were registered in Finland. I was fortunate enough to get one of those heavenly creatures into my home. Often I have wondered the blessing of being granted the company of this marvelous cat. Her temper and looks are very close to perfect, at least in my eyes. There are very few that stay cold when she uses her charm. Diiva's good cat friend is Nestori, but from human males, Vesa seems to be above everyone else.  Sometimes the mutual connection between the two makes me  a bit jelous. :)
